Alexey Vladimirov, geboren in Kuban (1957) studeerde in 1984 af
aan The state Art institute in Kiev. In 1987 wordt hij lid van de National Union Artists
van de Oekraïne. Alexey Vladimirov's naamsbekendheid is groot,
zowel in de Oekraïne zelf als daarbuiten. De kunstenaar beheerst
alle denkbare klassieke beeldhouwtechnieken. Hij maakt beelden van
gegoten brons en hakt beelden uit marmer, en andere steensoorten.
Hij maakt zowel kleine handzame sculpturen als grote sculpturen
voor de openbare ruimte. Zijn werken zijn opgenomen in 17
museacollecties en galeriecollecties in de Oekraïne zelf,
waaronder het National Museum voor de Oekraïnse Kunst in Kiev,
het Museum voor Russische Kunst, Het Nationaal Museum voor de
geschiedenis van de Oekraïne, beiden ook in Kiev enz. Zijn
beeldhouwkunst is tevens te vinden in privé collecties over de
hele wereld in landen als de Oekraïne, Zweden, Oostenrijk,
Engeland, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Nederland, Rusland, Italië en de
Verenigde Staten.
Een Amerikaanse kunstcriticus schreef - na het zien van een solo
expositie van Alexey Vladimirov in de staat Californië - dat er
met het oeuvre van Alexey Vladimirov een nieuw tijdperk van de
beeldhouwkunst was aangebroken. Sinds 1984 neemt de kunstenaar
deel aan internationale symposia over beeldhouwkunst. In de
Oekraïne nam hij zelf deel aan de organisatie van soortgelijke
evenementen in Ujnoukrainsk (2002) en hij was voorzitter van het International
Sculpture Symposium in Gurzuf (Crimea,
2006). De meester beeldhouwer werd diverse malen gevraagd om
internationale trofeeën te ontwerpen en uit te voeren, zoals de
prijs voor The international festival Hairdressing Art «The World of beauty 2000»,
voor het Festival of Haute couture «Steps to the Sky» - «Gold
scissors» (zie de afbeelding 'Gouden schaar' hierboven), die
inmiddels is uitgereikt aan grote namen uit de haute couture
wereld als Hertz Meppen, Michael Voronin en Pierre Cardin.

Short about Alexey Vladimirov
Alexey Vladimirov was born in 1957 on Kuban. In 1984 graduated in Kiev
at The state Art
institute. In 1987 he became a member of the National Union Artists of
Ukraine. Alexey Vladimirov's name is well-known, as in Ukraine, and
abroad. A.Vladimirov's works are in 17 galleries and museums of
Ukraine, including in National Museum Ukrainian Arts (Kiev), The Kiev museum of Russian Arts, National museums of
history of Ukraine (Kiev) and etc.
Works of the master are in private collections in Ukraine, Sweden,
Austria, England, Germany, Holland, France, Italy and USA. In opinion of American
critics, during carrying out of a personal exhibition in
California, A.Vladimirov works have defined determined «A new era of a
sculpture».
With 1984 the artist accepts active participation in symposiums - open-airs, a stone and wooden sculpture. He organized the International symposium in Ujnoukrainsk
(Ukraine 2002) and was the leader of International sculpture symposium in Gurzuf
(Crimea,
2006). Alexey is the author such prizes: The international festival Hairdressing Art «The World of beauty 2000», Festival of Haute couture «Steps to the
Sky» - «Gold scissors» which have been handed patriarchs of haute couture - Hertz Meppen, Michael
Voronin, Pierre Cardin. |
